Mentoring

The one thing top career women consistently use to make positive changes faster

There are many excellent executive coaches for women, fashioned from multiple disciples… yet how many are part of the vanguard of professional women who have forged successful senior management careers themselves?

Amanda has shared the same experiences as your high potential women and understands what it is like to walk in their shoes. She is the true definition of a mentor.

She has C-Suite experience, board and committee experience (often the only female at the table), experience at senior levels of large and multinational corporations, offshore multinational experience, and is a professional mentor, accomplished key-note speaker, working mother and business owner.

Realising potential is about doing things differently and it doesn’t have to be a hard-fought battle to get there. Better still it doesn’t have to be done alone. Amanda knows what works and how to make it happen smoothly.

Mentoring sessions are virtual, via Zoom or phone, so they are accessible regardless of location or when travelling. A limited number of in-person mentoring sessions are available upon request.

“When I reached out to you, I didn’t have any expectations. What I did know, was that having met you and seeing your work on The Gravitas Project, your insights would be valuable. In a very short space of time you helped me identify the practical issues that I am facing and quickly identified two key personal beliefs that are blocking me from moving forward. I am very appreciative of your time, insights and the additional resources that you have directed me to.”  L.B., Mentoree

Invaluable for me. Has helped reset what I need to do and given me the guidance needed.

Look at your career through a different prism with other great and interesting women from diverse backgrounds, in a safe, supportive and encouraging environment. It’s a bit like being re-energised with purpose.

I enjoyed the program because it was a small group which felt very comfortable. Amanda is very genuine about wanting to help other women succeed, and very open and sharing of her own experiences.

I would recommend this program to anyone who is on the director journey but cannot work out how to differentiate themselves from the competition. It has also helped me determine what type of role would suit me.

Women don’t do networking well and often feel it is a task that must be endured. This teaches how to make it natural and not pushy.

It actually changes the way you think about your approach. Yes, we’re at a point in our career where experience is a given but how do we apply it to other careers and how do we change the discussion about how it is applied.

Opportunity to gain a new perspective, learn new skills, think differently and of course networking in practice.
